This jersey was worn by Nick Jensen during the 2013-14 season in Grand Rapids.
The right arm has some rub and melting with large amount of pilling on the stripe. There is a deep gray mark on the right body. The left arm has some slash marks with several unrepaired holes, burns, and wax marks.
The jersey is signed on the back and has the team set stamp in the hem.
